Integrated Planning and Design Pty.Ltd. (iPD) is an international firm with offices in Sydney, Shenzhen and Shanghai. iPD was founded by a group of like minded architects, urban designers and landscape architects previously involved in key projects throughout the world.

iPD has designed and facilitated construction of several award winning public realm, retail and residential projects in Asia working with international clients and consultants. From small parks to the open space system for large cities, iPD can undertake a range of scales and purposes. We promote quality of life for people, creating places of lasting value by integrating the human and the natural environment.

With 40 staff in 3 locations, well-established systems and infrastructure we are able to undertake projects of significant scale for extended periods of time. Projects at iPD are executed with close collaboration of various disciplines in a fusion of environmental, art, cultural, economic planning and design.

IPD is renowned for a holistic approach, broad thinking and attention to detail. Our approach to projects is rooted in thorough evaluation of site contexts to understand opportunities and overcome limitations, closely collaborating with clients and communities building consensus around goals and methods. We follow projects from conception to fruition, offering assistance with implementation oversight and the variety of challenges specific to projects. Often, our partnership with clients develops into subsequent phases or new projects entire.
