At the intersection of design principles and various levels of elevation and slope, we propose a lifestyle of “LOHAS” for the target client. This lifestyle celebrates a natural, healthy, and sophisticated attitude with attention to the environment and health, advocating sustainable development.With simple, modern architectural guidelines, we address the requirement of space by reorganizing the pathway and forming a new master plan to integrate better function and experience.
We created three new public courtyards aligned with the suggested vision of nature with “forest, sea, and mountain” which ebb and flow with the four changing seasons. This provides a sustainable comfortable space for residents.An “aerobic trail” meanders through the site, with each public venue, fitness play area, organic garden, and fragrant garden accessible so people can activate the whole experience with body, mind, and spirit engaged.
