NANSONG LAKE HIGH-TECH ECOLOGICAL PARK designed by iPD won the 2019 Architecture MasterPrize-Urban Planning Award and was presented at the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain on October 14th.
Other winning projects include the Icelandic Blue Lake Spa Hotel designed by Basalt Architects, the Swarovski Crystal Museum, the Chulalongkorn University Century Park designed by Landprocess, the Hong Kong West Kowloon Station designed by Aedas and excellent design works from all over the world.
The Architecture MasterPrize (AMP), formerly known as The American Architecture Prize (AAP), is one of the most prestigious design awards in the world. AMP aims to recognize the world's finest, most innovative, architectural, interior and landscape projects that improve the quality of people's lives. The organizing committee said that the design works selected by them must pass on the innovative spirit of courage to innovate, dare to break through the boundaries, use new technology and materials to liberate the imagination and realize the unknown.
The Architect MasterPrize jury consists of academics from Harvard University, Yale University, University of London, Preston University, Birmingham City University, Busan National University, Dezeen, Designboom and other authoritative media, Royal Institute of British Architects, etc. Experts and famous designers are selected to select the most touching designs.
