Sichang is an existing canal within the western district of Kunshan. The landscape framework sought to improve health, education and community reference. iPD transformed a storm water utility into a productive system offering a wetland environment and created a productive landscape that is a source for street trees. The park echoes previous agricultural contexts, and is now a viable contributor to the urban environment.
