Guangming Central Science Park is located in Guangming District, Shenzhen, in the core area of Guangming Science City. It is not only the green heart of Guangming Central District, but also a regional ecological corridor. The surrounding area of Science Park will be upgraded to high-density research center, The supporting facilities such as office buildings, residences and municipal culture are the bright regional ecological core and public activity center. The urban design proposes to ensure the ecological function of the whole system through the connection between the park and the surrounding ecological corridors; improve the accessibility of the park through the connection with the surrounding rail stations.
The design responds to the challenge by urbanization. Balance urban development and natural environment. Focusing on four cores ecology and resilience design, coordination of urban development and social benefits, construction of urban cores, and integration of science and technology, the base is divided into three areas, the northern Chaishan nature conservation area, the central urban agricultural experience area, and the southern Maoshan leisure and entertainment area.
